2. Competition Dates
The competition runs from 12:01 AM EST on August 1, 2025 to 11:59 PM EST on August 24, 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the entry form provided and consent to receive marketing emails from Intrepid Travel. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase necessary.
4. Eligibility
This competition is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Intrepid Travel, their immediate families, and affiliated agencies are not eligible to enter.
5. Prize Details
There are three (3) prizes available to be won. Each prize includes:
The prize must be redeemed on September 13–14, 2025. All prize elements are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. Travel to and from Toronto is not included.
Winners will be required to agree to and comply with Ode Hotel’s booking terms and conditions.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on or before August 25, 2025. Winners will be notified via email.
Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize no later than August 31, 2025. If a winner does not respond or cannot be contacted within that time, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
7. Data Collection
By entering this competition, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Intrepid Travel. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Intrepid Travel’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. General
Intrepid Travel reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. Bonus Entries
Participants may receive one (1) bonus entry by following @ode_toronto on Instagram. Entrants must be following the account at the time of the prize draw to qualify. Intrepid Travel and Ode Hotel reserve the right to verify that bonus entry conditions have been met.
