Welcome to Darwin, Australia, where your adventure begins. Leave Darwin behind and journey south to Litchfield National Park, visiting the park’s waterfalls. Go for a swim and enjoy lunch before travelling into Wulna Country. On arrival, receive a Cul Cul (‘Welcome to Country’) by the traditional owners of the land, the Limilngan–Wulna people, who will talk to you about the local Aboriginal culture. Finish the day in the Mary River region, looking out for exotic birds, crocodiles and other animals on a wildlife cruise. This evening relax in your permanent tent in the Mary River camping round, surrounded by nature. Tents come with comfortable beds, linen and pillows, but you may want to bring your own sleeping bag.
After breakfast, head to World Heritage-listed Kakadu National Park and make your way via four-wheel drive to Jim Jim Falls. At 200 metres high, Jim Jim is the crown of Kakadu. Continue onto Twin Falls, enjoying views of the waterfalls and gorge from the comfort of a national park operated boat. Your guide will then take you along the boardwalk to the base of the falls. Tonight, stay in a permanent tent at the Kakadu National Park campsite.

Notes: Both falls aren’t available all year round and are subject to seasonal availability. Please contact us for more details.
Not long after breakfast today, discover ancient Aboriginal rock art at Ubirr and climb to the top of a lookout for views over the Nardab floodplain. Afterwards, head to Maguk (Barramundi Gorge) where a hike is rewarded with a swim in the natural plunge pools. After lunch, check out the Warradjan Cultural Centre before the journey back to Darwin in the afternoon. After arriving into Darwin, there are no more activities planned and you’re free to continue on your travels.
