We loved our trip to Jordan and our guide Mais. From downtown Amman to the beachside town of Aqaba, including everything in between, this trip was the perfect mix of history, culture, sightseeing, and of course adventure. The only regret was not spending enough time in Jordan! It's just an excuse to come back.

This trip was phenomenal. It’s very busy, and some of the travel days are very long and tiring but overall you see an entire country and its history in 16 days. Highly recommend

This trip was amazing. My favourite part was Mt Nebo and Deadsea. It would’ve been great to stay the night at the Deadsea as the resort was beautiful! This is a very memorable trip and am very happy I did it. It was well organised and the basic accommodation was actually very pleasant!

My trip to Jordan and Egypt were fantastic. My tour guides Mostafa in Egypt and Aya in Jordan are very smart, enthusiastic, great people in general.

Do not take this trip. Intrepid made some grave mistakes in this itinerary. Many hotels were substandard often without hot water, weak to no wifi, toilets sometimes did not flush, air con did not work sometimes, etc. The location in Amman was incredibly noisy and the hotel does not have double-paned windows; not good for sleep. And there's no reason to stay in downtown Amman. We left the city the first morning of the tour. The hotel in Alexandria was so awful that one-third of the women on our tour got hotel rooms in a different hotel. The building was in bad repair, the emergency exit situation was very concerning, the building is covered in scaffolding and netting so there is no view, the rooms were so cramped that we could not open our balcony doors, the blankets smelled of cat pee, the elevator requires a key (??). The ferry from Aqaba to Nuweiba was horrible. It is not a passenger ferry; it is for the local workers. We did not get underway until 11pm; did not arrive in Nuweiba until 3:30am; did not arrive at hotel until 4am; and had to be packed and ready to leave at 8am. Inexcusable planning. There were some good days on this tour, but after this experience I do not recommend traveling with Intrepid, especially not on this tour.
