Booking your flights with Intrepid

We will pass on meal requests to airlines so please highlight your preferences at the time of booking. Note that requests are subject to confirmation from the airline, on some short haul flights meal options may be limited and not all airlines offer meals.

As airlines charge for seat requests these can be arranged by yourself directly on the airline’s website. All you will usually need is tour Booking Reference (PNR) and your name. Most airlines will only allow a seat request to be made once the flights have been paid in full and ticketed by Intrepid Once you have requested a seat, it is the airlines’ responsibility to honour your request and airlines can cancel seat requests at any time due to equipment servicing, aircraft rotation, livery and/or service refresh, or any other operational reason.

We recommend you book as early as possible, especially if you’re looking to travel during any busy periods like school holidays, and Christmas. Flights generally go on sale 11 months prior to departure and the cheaper flights tend to sell out first.

All our package holidays are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority for UK bookings. This means in the unlikely event of insolvency the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
