Celebrated the world over for his modern take on traditional Middle Eastern cuisine, Greg Malouf is a seasoned traveller whose Lebanese heritage has inspired countless adventures throughout the Middle East and the Mediterranean in search of new flavours and ingredients.

As a world-renowned chef, restaurant consultant and teacher, Greg has worked around the globe. Greg has also co-authored six sumptuous cookbooks on Middle Eastern cuisine, including Turquoise: a chef’s travels in Turkey, which showcases the earthy, floral and unctuous flavours of a cuisine steeped in many centuries of tradition.

Greg is currently working on a delicious new cookbook, as well as opening a restaurant in Dubai.
