Days 1-2 Delhi

It's big, it's bold, it's busy - and there is nowhere in the world quite like it. Delhi's sights and sounds are sure to engage and intrigue.

Days 3-4 River Ganges Boat Trip

Sacred to the Hindus as a place of worship and ritual, the Ganges is also the lifeblood of millions of Indian people.

Days 5-7 Varanasi

The holy city of Varanasi, sitting on the River Ganges for thousands of years, attracts scores of pilgrims and travellers wanting to discover something divine.

Day 8 Agra

Famed for the awe-inspiring Taj Mahal, Agra is a city with a fascinating history and is rich in Mughal heritage, lush gardens and exquisite buildings and temples.

Days 9-10 Jaipur

Jaipur was designed by royalty and has delighted visitors for centuries with its pink-hued buildings, wonderful bazaars and rainbow of bright colours dancing along hectic streets.

Day 11 Roopangarh

The fort, built in 1648 to protect an important trade route, gave rise to the town of Roopangarh and is now a grand heritage hotel.

Days 12-13 Pushkar/Camel Safari

The holy city of Pushkar is a place of beauty with its whitewashed buildings, serene lake, rooftop restaurants and impressive temples. Be led out into the desolate sands surrounding Pushkar on 'ships of the desert', spending the night under the stars enjoying the hospitality of our hosts. With an ethereal lake in its centre and dusty desert hills in the background, Pushkar is resplendent in its natural beauty, spiritual heritage and architectural loveliness.

Delhi has been an important city in India for well over 2000 years, and its cultural richness and diversity radiates from every corner.
