- The Tour and Flight Inclusive offer on our website and social media channels (Offer) does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to book subject to availability and your acceptance of:
- The Tour and Flight Package Terms and Conditions;
- Our booking conditions, including our agency booking conditions; and
- The terms and conditions contained within the Airfare Quote document, including our elected flight operator conditions of carriage which you should carefully review prior to booking.
- Availability and exclusions:
- The Arctic Flight Inclusive package applies to new bookings made and deposited between 23 April 2025 – 31 May 2025 for selected departures between 07 May 2025 – 22 September 2025, on select Arctic expedition cruises operated by Quark Expeditions. Package prices are based on availability, and we reserve the right to vary or withdraw them at any time.
- The Arctic Flight Inclusive package is valid only for dates within the stated package duration, any amendments or extensions to either the Tour or the Flight component may void the package price.
- Return flights are included as a ‘From’ price from London airports. They are based on specific flight times, dates, airlines and airports, and are subject to availability and can fluctuate due to demand and other external factors beyond Intrepid’s control. The price range we expect this to fall into is from £350 to £400 GBP from London Heathrow or London Gatwick airports. The Flight Package quoted is listed as the ‘from’ price. The Prices stated are accurate as of 16 April 2025, but may no longer be available.
- If the cost of return flights redeemed via Intrepid Travel from London airports is less than the stated value, no balance or credit will be carried over or refunded.

The price of the Arctic Flight Credit package does not include:
Additional transfers, flights or accommodation not stated in the deal offer.
Any additional fees or costs not specified, including but not limited to excess baggage, seat selection, flight upgrades.
Meals other than those specified in the Essential Trip Information.
Visa and passport fees.
Travel insurance.
Optional activities and all personal expenses.
- Booking process and booking confirmation:
To initiate the booking process, please contact one of our sales consultants. Our sales consultant will provide you with a Quotation document.
If you respond to a sales consultant confirming acceptance of the Quotation document, you will be provided with a Confirmation invoice. Once you complete the steps required within the Confirmation invoice and pay the non-refundable Initial Deposit fee your booking will be confirmed.
Flight inclusion is subject to conditions; travel must be completed by 02 October 2025 and must be booked in conjunction with the relevant land component. Pricing and availability are subject to airlines and may change at any time. Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.
- Payment Terms:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your package booking (Initial Deposit). The remaining outstanding balance will be required 125 days before departure. If travelling within 125 days the full balance will be due upon booking.
Other:
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Package components must be booked together and cannot be sold separately.
There may be additional costs for land tours, additional on-board activities, additional flights, additional accommodation, transfers, flights, travel insurance to group bookings.
Intrepid does not assume any responsibility or control for airline schedule change(s). Any additional costs incurred as a result will be at the traveller's expense.
Package pricing is per person and subject to availability, and confirmation by both Intrepid Travel and the airline(s).

If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.
