Italy Experience, June 2014
It was an excellent itinerary but felt a little rushed at times. Raffaele did well with a difficult group of people who were mostly new to travelling intrepid style. He was patient and caring despite people bring rude to him. I found his style very helpful. He had a good sense of humour, laughed often, took time to explain things carefully and showed a deep love for Italy which is what you want in a leader. He was also highly knowledgeable and intelligent. We had some great discussions during the trip. I suspect some people night give negative feedback about Raffaele during this trip. This opinion was NOT shared by all.

Andrea is one of the best tour leaders a group could have. He was very enthusiastic in showing us around and sharing his culture with us. He recommended amazing places to eat and went above and beyond to assist us with our many queries. He us also extremely well organized and the entire trip went smoothly.
