Based in Seattle, Leigh Barnes is the president of the Americas at Intrepid, overseeing operations and growth across North, Central and South America. Since joining Intrepid in 2010, he has held key roles including chief purpose officer and chief customer officer. Under his leadership, Intrepid launched industry-first Ethical Marketing Guidelines, championed better DEI representation in travel storytelling and expanded First Nations partnerships across global itineraries.
