Perched on a rocky outcrop, the remote village of Aroumd offers stunning views across the High Atlas Mountains and a unique opportunity to experience traditional Berber culture.

Sitting on a hilltop and looking unchanged since the 11th century, Ait Benhaddou is one of Morocco's most treasured, alluring and iconic sites.

Known as the 'doors of the desert', Zagora is a palmerie town with great pottery and ceramic workshops on the way into the desert.

Day 5 Sahara Camp

Set in a vast landscape of shifting sands and undulating shapes, the massive Erg Chigaga dunes are one of the Sahara's most iconic sights.

Day 6 Taroudannt

With an energetic, bustling city centre, Taroudannt is a great opportunity to see an untouched traditional Berber lifestyle and pick up a bargain in one of the many souqs.

Days 7-8 Essaouira

A seaside town with undeniable charm, Essaouira's stone ramparts play host to whitewashed houses with bright blue shutters, art galleries and a picturesque harbour.
