Best of Turkey his a perfect mixture of history, culture and nature. The diversity in each city had amazed me. We had an excellent, cordial, funny team leader- Iskender with in-depth knowledge of the country. With him we were able to experience the local culture and different regional foods. Highlights for me were Hike from Kayakoy to Fethiye and the paragliding in Fethiye over the Mediterranean Sea, Swimming in the midst of the Sea in Kas, Formations and Hot air Balloon in Cappadocia. Must must must have sweets if you have sweet tooth are Kunefe, Halva with Ice-cream in Konya (Alladin Hill), Baklava, Turkish Delights and Turkish Ice-cream.
