Terms and Conditions

1. Sales must occur within period 08/08/2008 - 30/09/2008.
2. Travel must occur within period 01/09/2008 - 31/12/2008.
3. 10% off applies to all group trips beginning with trip code C.
4. All other trips are excluded, including Intrepid Independent trips.
5. Discount does not apply to local payment.
6. Discount applies to new bookings only. Under no circumstances will this discount be applied to existing bookings.
7. Discount applies to land only bookings. Excludes airfares, travel insurance, extra accommodation & services.
8. Discount is not applicable to single supplements on Comfort trips.
9. Deposit of $250 per person is due at time of booking.
10. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure date as per normal Intrepid Booking Conditions.
11. Please refer to Intrepid's Booking Conditions.
12. Subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid at time of booking.
13. Can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
14. Bookings must be made online only at www.intrepidtravel.com.
15. Please quote promo number 2461 at time of booking.
16. Trip prices and itineraries are subject to change at any time, including after booking. If there is a significant price change to a trip travellers will be reinvoiced at the new price. Promotions & discounts will still apply to the new price.
17. Some trips must meet minimum number requirements prior to confirmation so please check at time of booking.
