1. Once you have found a trip you would like to book, click on the 'Book this trip' button.

2. Select a date in the list of departure dates that suits, or refine the list with the date range to find your preferred date.

4. This will bring you to our 5-step online booking form.

Step 1: Products Here you can add additional passengers to your booking and review the trip/s you have selected.

Step 2: Options Here you can add additional elements to your booking, including accommodation, airport transfers and extra sightseeing options.

Step 3: Passengers This is where you fill in all the details for each passenger. All details marked with an * are essential, and if you don’t have the other details at hand you can add them at a later stage.

Step 4: Payment A deposit at the time of booking is required, and the remaining balance is to be paid at 60 days prior to travel. From this page you can add booking notes (e.g. Dietary requirements>>) and select additional service requests. You can also download your travel documentation – your detailed trip notes, information on the countries visited, safety policy and responsible travel tips. These documents will also be emailed to you (>?).

Step 5: Confirmation This is the final step in your booking process and is where you download important documents like your travel vouchers, country information, etc. Please note that travel vouchers will only be available to download once a booking is confirmed and paid in full. 

5. Once you have booked, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation number and more details about your booking.
