Bingo Lets Go!

Entitlement

An agent has qualified once they have marked all squares as complete on their bingo boards between 1st October 2017 to 30th September 2018.

Passengers counted must be new bookings on Adventure Tours Australia, Geckos, Intrepid or Peregrine tours, including Private Groups.

Urban Adventures, Short Breaks and Independent Experiences do not count unless noted on the specific square (i.e sell 20 Urban Adventures)

Every booked trip counts towards your total (i.e. 2 pax booked on 2 trips equals 4 trips on your tally)

Bookings must have a minimum $99 deposit on file to count towards your tally

Agents must have completed 6 months full - time equivalent with Flight Centre Travel Group before applying.

The prize is any one (1) tour from a list of applicable tours run by the Intrepid Group

Agents can only win a maximum of one free trip.  i.e. if the agent completes multiple boards, they do not receive two free trips.

Flights, extra accommodation and transfers not included in the itinerary, visas if required and any other out of pocket expenses must be paid and organised by the winning consultant.

You must get approval from your Team Leader and your Area Leader before submitting your request to Intrepid Group.

You must be working at Flight Centre Travel Group at time of travel.  

NOTE: Departure dates may be subject to change, please contact the Intrepid Group to confirm dates before booking flights.

Process

Once you have qualified, confirmed with your TL and AL that you can travel at the specified time, please register at www.intrepidtravel.com/mat-bingo-lets-go You will then need to submit your completed bingo form to: get1free@intrepidgroup.travel

Booking numbers must be supplied with completed forms.

Intrepid Group will confirm your spot within 5 working days.

On return from your trip, you will be required to fill out 2 forms:

1. complete an Educational Report to be filed in your Travel Diary
2. complete an Intrepid Group post trip survey

You will be expected to behave professionally during the trip and to comply with relevant Flight Centre Travel Group policies at all times, including Workplace Bullying and Harassment, Equal Employment Opportunity and Drug, Alcohol and Smoking policies.

Cancellations

If you should cancel your trip, the following penalties apply:

Outside 56 days: no penalty

Within 56 days: $400

REMEMBER At all times during and when travelling to and from your destination, you are representing Flight Centre Travel Group and must behave appropriately.
