Excellent trip! Mountain biking was by far the most challenging activity so consider a padded bike seat or shorts since road conditions make it a bumpy ride. Hiking was challenging at times but completely doable and rafting was just fun! Our trip leader was excellent and emphasized our safety first and foremost, which is as expected with any Intrepid trip. He was particularly adept at handling even the most challenging in our group...honey lemon ginger tea anyone? All I can advise is that you be prepared to go with the flow...there's definitely some culture shock at first but at the end of the trip you'll have a new-found appreciation for Nepal and its wonderful people. Definitely an eye-opening experience!
