Patagonia Tours & Holidays

Sandwiched between two oceans and sprawled across two countries. Patagonia is as ‘end-of-the-world’ as it gets.

Advancing glaciers, gushing waterfalls, snow-topped granite pillars…it’s no wonder Chile and Argentina both stake a claim over this beautiful slice of South America. Where else can you hike past herds of guanaco, hear giant shards of ice crash into the sea, sail the Beagle Channel past unique flora and fauna, and drop by the world’s southernmost city? If anywhere makes you feel small, it’s Patagonia. Adventure to the end of the world and appreciate our planet at its most wild and spectacular.

Patagonia Short Break - Torres Del Paine

Nice activities, but the trip is not necessarily the best value for money you can find. The insistence on including a bus ticket to Calafate in the itinerary is a bit of a mystery since many people can't use it.

Premium Patagonia

Chris · Traveled February 2024
The Patagonian Premium trip has been our fourth with Intrepid. We continue to be impressed with the experiences offered, the quality, professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of the tour leaders together with the small size of the tour groups. The quality of accommodation and meals provided were also of the highest quality. We have no hesitation in recommending Intrepid and their Patagonian Premium trip to others.

Classic Hikes of Patagonia

Don · Traveled February 2024
This was a trip of a life time hiking up close to Patagonia peaks and seeing wildlife. Yet balanced with city culture.

Premium Patagonia

wonderful trip to visit Patagonian highlights. in 7 days has a good balance of sightseeing, light hiking, and enough down time to experience the food/culture of Patagonia. we added a half day visit to Tierra del Fuego national park, a must see when in Ushuaia

Classic Hikes of Patagonia

Eric · Traveled February 2024
I hiked in Patagonia Argentina and Chile with Intrepid. I anticipated that it would be a wonderful experience, and it was, but the tour also exceeded the high expectations I had going in. All aspects of the tour were perfectly organized, and I got to hike to all of the terrific destinations in Patagonia that I most wanted to visit. Our tour leader and local guides were superb, and I couldn't have picked a better group of fellow hikers. We did an extensive amount of hiking, and safety and enjoyment were always paramount. I've already signed up for another Intrepid excursion leaving in about three weeks (to Cuba)!
