Terms and conditions

  1. The Promoter is: Intrepid Travel Group UK Limited, 01826936, 4th Floor 9 Brighton Terrace, London, England, SW9 8DJ.

  2. The title of the competition is Agent Hub Launch Incentive. Win one of 5 Intrepid trips worth up to £1000 each.

  3. The period of entry commences on 23 December 2023 and all entries must be received by 28 February 2023 (Promotional Period). No entries submitted after this time will be valid. 

  4. (Eligibility) The competition is open to all travel agents in the UK and Ireland.

  5. (How to enter) To enter, agents must complete the following entry mechanics during the Promotional Period: 

  • Agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions 

  1. Only one entry per person will be available.

  2. (Prize) The prize is an Intrepid trip worth up to £1000 departing between 01 January 2023 to 14 December 2023.

  3. Not included in the Intrepid prize is travel insurance, flights, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary, spending money or any travel visas required.

  4. All travel is subject to the Intrepid Booking Conditions which can be found at: https://www.intrepidtravel.com/booking-intrepid/booking-conditions The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking.

  5. The Prizes are strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash. 

  6. (How to claim the Prize) The Prize must be fully booked/redeemed by 31 May 2023 and travel must have commenced by 14 December 2023.

  7. The prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. Please check at time of booking. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

  8. The winner must book the Intrepid prize directly with the Promoter by calling 0808 274 5111 and quoting the winning promo code which will be sent to the winner.  

  9. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.  

  10. There will be 5 winners determined in respect of this promotion. s

  11. (Winners) The winners will be announced at Intrepid Travel Group UK Ltd, 4th floor, Piano house, 9 Brighton Terrace, Brixton, London, SW9 8DJ before the end of  24 March 2023. The winner will be officially notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw.

  12. The winner must acknowledge receipt of the prize by 31 March 2023. If the winner isn’t available to take up the prize, we may award the prize to another entrant (or not award the prize at all) without liability to the winner. 

  1. The Promoter’s decision is final. 

  2. The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. 

  3. The promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
