This trip involves three overnight train journeys. Accommodation and amenities are shared and basic, but the experience of rubbing shoulders with the locals makes it all worthwhile. Plus you make the most of your time by travelling while you sleep.
You'll be travelling by private bus from Hue to Hoi An. This journey goes over the hilly and windy Hai Van Pass and isn't the most comfortable ride. On the plus side, you get enjoy incredible views.
This trip gives you plenty of free time in each location, perfect for the traveller who appreciates a bit of independence
