If your trip is unable to run due to COVID-19, you’ll get a 110%* credit voucher to your booking. We understand this is an uncertain time and it might be a little while before you're ready to travel again, so there’s no expiry date on this credit. However, if a credit doesn’t suit your personal situation, you can request for full refund instead. This policy is only applicable for UK & European customers.

If you cancel your trip* up to 21 days before departure, you can transfer your deposit to another available trip or hold your deposit on file indefinitely.
No change fees
Let us know about your change in plans 21 days before your departure and there’ll be no fees* to change trips.
