Please note that Cambodia can get very hot, so days cycling or even temple hopping can take it out of you quickly. We recommend packing adequate clothing, sun protection, and that you always have lots of water with you.

A great tase of Cambodia. Overall it's not that physically demanding, but you'll need to be comfortable with the combination of heat and exercise on the last cycling day. Other than that it's a reasonable balance between sightseeing and activities - be prepared for a couple of long bus stints!

Make sure, that you health is OK and that you have a good fitness because the heat and the humidity ask quite a bit. If you love to be in a real conntact with locals and daily life this is a great oportunity. Please make also sure, that you are prepared to face poverty in the country and not to act blindly.
