Enjoy the best of both worlds – expert local guidance balanced with flexibility and freedom. Get your bearings with orientation walks in each city, then free time to make your own discoveries
Escape to the fresh air and verdant rolling hills of the Cameron Highlands. This is where the British found reprieve from the balmy confines of the jungle during colonial times
Wake up to waterfront views and step out your door and go swimming right in Cheow Lan Lake. Your raft house is rustic and simple, but nothing beats being this close, staying above the lake.
With 13 days to feast on Singaporean, Malaysian and Thai food, you'll be in a world of flavour. Hit the night markets – always the best for finding the freshest and most delicious local cuisine
Its famous curry is delicious, but there's more to Penang than sugar and spice. Your adventure through the cultural mecca of Georgetown includes entry to the excellent Penang State Museum and Art Gallery
There is a lot of distance to cover across these three countries, so there are some long journeys, by both private and public bus. While it can be tiring, it's a chance to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. There will be many chances to stop and stretch your legs and take photos.
This trip is perfect for independent travellers who appreciate a bit of room to make their own choices. There's free time in each location so you can pick and choose the activities that suit you best.
Spend one night in a basic raft house on Cheow Lan Lake in Khao Sok National Park. While accommodation is basic, with shared bathroom facilities on the land, the opportunity to experience this unique accommodation is more than worthwhile.
Your overnight sleeper train to Bangkok is comfortable but with basic facilities. This mode of travel is a favourite for many travellers to South East Asia – well worth the bumps!

Amazing trip and we had the best time. We did the basic tour and some of our hotels were better than expected and I feel we did get a lot for our money. Our tour leader Nat was fantastic and knowledgeable and made the trip great for us. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone thinking about doing it.

This trip is a must do!! Top sightseeing and local living locations all included. Koah sok National Park is now my very favourite place I’ve ever been to the floating raft house stay was the cherry on the top! Remember to keep tissues and sanitizer on you for toilet visits.
