Brilliant trip. So much to see and do. Halong Bay and the Angkor Temples are of course highlights, but Hue and Hoi An are charming cities, and the day out in the Mekong delta is fabulous. Take a sleeping sheet for the train. Do the extra activities, especially the cyclo tour in Hue and a visit to the Cu Chi tunnels. Also the evening cruise on the river in Phnom Penh is good. Be prepared for long bus rides in Cambodia. Carry toilet paper.
