Make sure you find out the demographics of the tour group before booking. You don't want to tour with old people who need naps, unfortunately this was experience at times, my group was at least 23 years older than me, so no staying out late, tour was complaining of sore muscles and aches).. On the whole I made the best of the situation, however had I known in advance, I would have booked a different date so I could have been with travelers closer to my age group.... this did disappoint me. I'm not sure if I'd take such a gamble again and book an intrepid.
