01. Best of Morocco
Travel from the snow-capped Atlas Mountains to the endless sands of the Sahara, and from the medieval old town of Fes to the vibrant spice markets of Marrakech. On this 15-day adventure, you'll have the unique opportunity to spend a night in a traditional Berber homestay to better understand the culture and tradition of an indigenous population who have stood the test of time.
'When I get to lead this tour I like to organize two special meals. One barbeque in the Atlas Mountains with lamb chops and meatballs and another with fresh fish from a local market. Customers really love those meals and it helps the group get in touch with the real Morocco.' - Abderrahim Oukioud, Local Leader
02. Vietnam Express Southbound

This 10-day tour will introduce you to the real Vietnam - a country of incredible food, lively locals, stunning scenery and cosmopolitan cities.
'In the Mekong delta, after tasting the freshly made coconut candy produced locally, we all take tuk tuks to explore a small island. We go through fruit gardens, paddy fields and remote villages. It is such a great experience that other tourists miss in Mekong delta.' - Vinh Bui, Local Leader
03. Inca Trail Express
Spend 7 days retracing the steps of the Inca. Follow the Inca from Cuzco, through the fertile heartland of the Sacred Valley and to the magnificent Ollantaytambo ruins before the ultimate adventure – trekking to Machu Picchu on the Inca Trail or Quarry Trek.
Inca Trail Express, October 2018
Physical preparation is essential for this trek. Training in elevation would be great, but at least have strong legs. Our thighs were on fire, as there is constant uphill and downhill, mostly very steep, with little to no flat terrain. If no other prep is done, at least do as much stair-master training as possible in the weeks leading up to the trek.

04. Cambodian Traveller
This 9-day tour starts in Vietnam amid the chaotic streets of Ho Chi Minh City before your travel through Cambodia begins. Enjoy the guidance of a local expert as you temple-hop at the dazzling Angkor complex and learn about the sobering but important Khmer history in Phnom Penh, with included visits to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and Choeung Ek Memorial.
Cambodian Traveller, July 2019
'Cambodia Traveler' was excellent value in all ways. I would suggest spending more time in Siem Reap rather than take the long road trip to Bangkok on Day 8.

Flying in to Lukla, explore the mountains and valleys around the towering peak, rest in Nepalese teahouses, learn about the traditions and cultures of the famous Sherpa and spend time in exotic Kathmandu.
'The one item people always forget to pack when joining a trek to Base Camp is extra underwear. We don't have washing machines along the trek and sometimes the water is frozen so you can't do your laundry along the way.' - Dinesh K.C, Local Leader
Everest Base Camp, September 2018
The staff on our trip were absolutely hilarious and so efficient. The Nepalese are beautiful people and they absolutely made our trek the best possible. They also have great dance moves!!

09. Land of Belize
This laidback paradise offers more than just white sand beaches, its full of lush jungles for the adventure-seekers, stunning reefs for divers, colourful wildlife for bird watchers, rare archaeological finds for history buffs and vibrant markets for culture vultures. This 8-day adventure through Belize will capture your imagination, and steal your heart.
Land of Belize, September 2018
The Land of Belize trip is a MUST for everyone who wants to have a great adventure: Rainforest, Ruins and Reef - what more can you ask for? The people of Belize are so nice and they have so little - to be privileged enough to share their homeland and culture and nature and animals was a blessing. Intrepid has made a trip that you can 'get close' to this land and its people and not hide away in 'luxury' hotels which are merely manufactured experiences that keep you away from experiencing another culture that has adapted to so little yet has so much to offer.

11. Best of Cuba

Historic cars, fragrant cigars and plenty of rum and rumba in between, this 15-day adventure will take you into the heart of all things Cuban.
Best of Cuba, September 2018
Cuba is a country stuck in a time warp; the old cars, horse drawn taxis, general air of decay, lack of mechanisation take you back 50 years. However, this is part of the charm of an unspoilt country where travellers can mingle with locals going about their daily business.

THe best thing about our trip was having an enthusiastic guide with a depth of understanding and knowledge of, and love for his country. THe most useful tip we got from a fellow traveller was the app. Maps.me for navigation when phones are not connected to the internet.
