The Trip was a perfect mixture of sport and culture. Because of the humidity Cycling was sometimes hard, but after a rest with fresh fruits and drinks, everything was forgotten. Our guides were well informed and could esplain us the history of these different three countries.

Cycling through fantastic scenery on mostly flat terrain, heat and humidity add to the challenge but the support group kept us well fuelled. Trips to the temples in Cambodia were particularly memorable, the Killing fields were also a must to fully appreciate the more recent history. Great choices of food if you are prepared to be adventurous. Glad we had our guide to help us through the two busy border crossings. Changes in currency are not a problem with easy access to ATMs.
