There\u2019s camping and it\u2019s pretty hands on. But, it\u2019s probably one of the last serious ways to have a true adventure.\u00a0And there\u2019s no better place to do it than Africa. Now, that\u2019s time well spent.<\/p>\n<h2>Camping in the wilderness<\/h2>\n<p>Okay, so pitching a tent and sleeping under the stars may be a little rougher than you\u2019re used to, but let\u2019s face it, you\u2019re only there for a short period of time. Camping in Africa is often far less rough than you may expect and there is something liberating about going without your hairdryer or electric razor. But I wager that these events will become some of the highlights of your trip. When you\u2019re organising the campsite, it\u2019s the perfect chance to hang out with people in a casual environment and get to know them in a way you wouldn\u2019t while sitting around a table making conversation.
