1. Search

You'll find a simple Trip Search function at the top of every page on this site. Select where you want to go from the menus and we'll supply you with a list of trip options to consider.

For Advanced Search options, including search by date range and trip style, click the Advanced link in the lower left corner.

2. Shortlist

When you find a trip you like, click the "Add to my shortlist" button. You'll find this button on the left hand side of the Trip Page.

3. Compare

When you've finished exploring, it's time to decide which trip is best for you. Click on the "Compare these trips" button under your shortlist and you will be taken to a side-by-side comparison of your favourite trips. On the left-hand side of the screen you can refine the trips you are comparing by either checking or unchecking the box next to the trip.

4. Book

When you've selected the right trip for you, click the "Book Now" button. This will take you to an overview page of your selected trip. Click on the "dates & availability" tab to view all departures of this trip, then click the "Book Trip" button of your preferred departure date. This will bring you to our 5-step online booking form.

Step 1 Products: Products: Here you can add additional passengers to your booking and review the trip/s you have selected.

Step 2 Options: At the Options step you can add additional accommodation and transfers to your booking, as well as book extra sightseeing options including an Urban Adventure city tour.

Step 3 Passengers: We need to collect a few important passenger details from you - this ensures that the right people end up in the right place at the right time.

Step 4 Payment: This is an important step to complete your booking request. We will require a deposit at time of booking and the balance paid at 60 days prior to travel.

Step 5 Confirmation: This is the final step in your booking process and is where you download important documents like your travel vouchers, country information etc. Please note that travel vouchers will only be available to download once a booking is confirmed and paid in full. Once all documentation is available you'll be all set for an amazing Intrepid adventure!
