I really enjoyed the trip. Francis was such a knowledgeable and friendly person, nothing was too much trouble.The other crew members were all excellent too. They were quick to set up camps, meals were cooked properly and on tome and Sam, the Driver/Mechanic was invaluable as the big bus had a couple of engine problems.The one thing that I felt uncomfortable abouit was the tipping at the end. I hadn't given it a thought as being Australian it is never needed. I had bought some modest gifts for all the crew and given them out when someone in our party mentioned tipping. I had no idea of how much would be fair and hadn't bubgetted for this. The American people had more of an idea but it seemed so much money. I thought the crew would be paid well by intrepid and not ecpect anymore. I was wondering if you might be able to discuss this and even perhaps increase the price of your trips slightly so the crew get paid extra and the participants know they don't have to worry about it. If you did need incentives then a small bonus for the crew mwmbers that are specifically mentioned in this feedback might work.
