The Island of Palawan is less developed than other South East Asian countries, so you might experience delays when ordering food at local restaurants and major festival periods can cause a hold-up in travel journeys. Despite the possibilities of delays, the laid back nature of this destination is well worth the wait.

Intrepid provide a safe socially responsible environment for travelers. They are about culture and learning more about off the beaten track activities as well as the touristy things. But they supply a greater understanding of the people and culture. In the Philipines we had a knowledgeable Intrepid guide that is Philippino and she has many years experiences in tourism and was very helpful in helping me choose the best Scuba diving company with amazing gears and dive master that was able to show me many interesting things like a good size yellow Seahorse and an interesting purple and white color sea slug. She helped me to locate good weird foods like Balut and Tamlok. In addition, she was able to satisfy all my needs and wants in terms of travel activities. As well as, good night life entertainment.
