This is my second intrepid trip I've been to Everest Baseball Camp and the Costa Rican Hiking, Rafting and Canyon trip and both were well organised and fantastic. I highly recommend intrepid especially because they engage with local businesses in the each country visited. I will definitely do another intrepid tour in the future!!

Overall great trip, high level of fitness needed, some hiking experience needed in difficult terrain, be prepared for hot and humid weather, cold showers, living out of a small back pack for 5 days. Money needed on hike for beers/drinks, tips etc. Must have flexible attitude and good level of mental toughness and perseverance for this trip
