Booking your own flights
You are free to book flights yourself on all trips, but we recommend reading the fine print to make sure there are no hidden fees, charges or conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I make meal and seat requests?
We will always pass on seat and meal requests to airlines; please inform us of these requests at the time of booking. Please note: requests are subject to confirmation from the airline, on some short haul flights meal options may be limited, not all airlines offer the facility to pre-book seats.
When should I book?
We recommend you book as early as possible, especially during peak travel times such as Easter, Christmas and summer holidays.
Can I buy cheaper tickets online?
Yes, sometimes; however, generally the cheaper the airline ticket, the more restrictions are imposed.
Additionally we cannot accept liability for the loss of your regional or international ticket if you decide to book these.
Do I need to reconfirm my flights?
Your Joining Instructions will advise whether or not your airline requires you to and, if so, will give the relevant phone number. If required, it is vital you do this at least 72 hours before departure.
Can I upgrade my flights?
All Group Wholesale Flights are in economy class. However, we have negotiated competitive upgrade fares with a number of our airline partners. Please ask us for a quote.
