Buckle up and explore the busy roads of Los Angeles. Cruise along the iconic Sunset Boulevard and see the homes of the stars in Beverly Hills.

Swap the city lights for a blanket of stars while camping near the Arizona border.

Spend some time exploring the magnificent Grand Canyon, a massive crevasse that carves its way through Arizona’s harsh desert. Get a bird's-eye view from the popular South Rim or embark on a day hike to the Canyon floor.

Visit Lake Powell, a striking reservoir that is as controversial as it is beautiful. See how the deep blue water reflects the orange canyon walls, and perhaps enjoy a swim, take a boat ride or try your hand at some fishing.

Say goodbye to Arizona and cross into Utah, home of the ethereal rock formations of Monument Valley.

Head further into Utah and make your way to Moab. Set up camp and spend 3 days hiking, mountain-biking or simply photographing Moab’s incredible Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

Continue into central Utah and loop back around toward Bryce Canyon. Marvel at the spires of the incredible natural amphitheatre and perhaps hike around the rim of the canyon.

Take a detour through Dixie National Forest or head straight for the colourful sandstone cliffs of Zion. There is plenty of time for hiking here, so why not head out on the Angels Landing walk.

Make the trek back through Arizona to Nevada and sample the neon delights of Las Vegas. Meet lady luck at one of the massive casinos, shop for quirky souvenirs or sit down at an all you can eat buffet.

End the road trip in the glitz and glamour of Los Angeles. With plenty to do in this thriving Californian city, why not head to sunny Santa Monica beach or take a day trip to the exclusive Malibu.
