Day 1 Djerba

The Tunisian island of Djerba lives in legend as the port where Ulysses was detained on his return from Troy, today it's a peaceful and friendly place to relax.

Day 2 Douz

A gateway to the Sahara, Douz is home to an interesting musuem which provides an introduction to the traditions and customs of the region's nomadic people.

Days 3-6 Sahara Trek

Our journey across the Sahara's epic landscape reveals ancient forts, burial sites and the occasional oasis village, such as Ksar Ghilane with its palm trees and natural pools.

Days 7-8 Djerba

Known as the 'land of the lotus eaters', Djerba is heavily reliant on agriculture - dates, figs, olives and olive oil are the island's main products.
