Top 12 Thailand holiday reviews
Immortalised as the ultimate paradise escape in ‘The Beach’, holidays in Thailand have long been associated with electric blue waters, balmy beaches and backpacker hedonism. But Thailand has established itself as the stalwart of South East Asian tourism for many reasons; its ever-changing landscape – from sultry jungle escapes, cool and humid highlands, to tropical islands fringed with warm white sands and crystal clear water; a mouthwatering variety of cuisine that leaves travellers spoilt for choice – the infamous street food offerings of pad thai and thom yum are impossible to turn down; and of course, a constantly smiling people whose calm and welcoming demeanour make a holiday in Thailand feel like a trip to Utopia.

Chiang Mai & Golden Triangle , September 2016
My overall rating is that this trip was really good value for money. The program was well-balanced between cultural, ethnic and nature highlights. Recommendations: 1. A tour through the tea factory, not only the tasting could be interesting to see everything from A to Z. 2. Reconsider visiting the hot springs for visitors from Europe. For us the Thai climate is very hot and humid and doesn't encourage you to jump into hot water. Maybe this item could be replaced by a visit to one of the numerous national parks along the road between Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai. I am sure they offer a variety of activities that might fit. The stop could be combined with lunch.

Real Food Adventure - Thailand , September 2016
My holiday was with my Aunty age 71 and my cousin 51. We had been worried about the accommodation and travelling within Thailand due to having a 12 hour train trip and overnight stay with a family however but we had nothing to worry about. Our tour guide Soon was wonderful and very knowledgeable, she made sure we had everything we needed including information of what was happening the next day. The trip was great and after we finished the trip we felt very happy / safe in selecting food from road side vendors. Would love to do another Foodie tour again.

Intrepid Travel is an ideal way of people wanting to see the world with a budget that involves learning the culture, food, lives of the ordinary natives, environment and social aspects of the countries. Activities included are interesting and fun.

Thailand - Hike, Bike & Kayak , September 2016
Amazing time in Thailand. Very balanced trip between the different activities, the sightseeing and freetime. In my opinion the toughest part is the trekking with the high temperature and humidity, pack as light as possible take hydration salts along and you'll be fine. For the other activities you can take the easy way whenever you're tired. Enjoy!

It is very good because you get to interact very much with your fellow travellers and helped me as I was travelling alone and wanted to practice the language.

Thailand - Hike, Bike & Kayak , August 2016
I booked this at the last minute and it was the best decision. It was a wonderfully varied and interesting trip. If you are physically fit this is not too strenuous. However, if you are not fit and don't regularly exercise you might want to consider another trip. Our guide was awesome and it was an incredibly well-run trip. I went in the rainy season but it probably rained fewer than half the days and then for less than an hour in the afternoons -- so don't let that put you off.

Thailand Family Holiday , August 2016
The Thailand Family trip was absolutely perfect for our family. We have three teenage sons who had never been outside of Europe before. They had so much to look at, see, do, taste and they enjoyed the company of the others families too. It was trip full of safe adventure and I would recommend it to all families who know they need to galvanize their adolescents to get out and see the world.
