Thailand Discovery, April 2014
Our Tour Leader Jane (Arajan) was excellent. Jane is intelligent, friendly, responsible, knowledgeable and cooperative! She worked hard at coordinating everything in 40C ++ heat and managed to keep everybody very happy! She had to arrange several transport contingencies 'on the fly' (such as when a public bus was late causing the group to miss a connecting bus) + many other examples. Thank you Jane and very well done!! We were very appreciative of Jane's insights into local customs, cultures and religion. Our Tour Leader Jane (Arajan) was excellent. We left two handbags at a public bus station at Kanchanaburi and Jane arranged for the bags to be bought to us by mini bus at no charge!! Nothing was missing and this was very much appreciated!

Jane was a fantistic leader and went out of her way on several occasions to make sure everyone was happy and understood what we were experiencing - she has a wonderful sense of humour and great patience.
