Day 1 Chiang Mai Cooking School
Start the day with a visit to a local food market to learn about the wealth of ingredients used in Thai cuisine. After picking up supplies of fresh-picked herbs and vegetables, head to an interactive classroom to learn the secrets of Thai cooking. Be introduced to essential local ingredients and learn how to store and prepare them. Pick up a mortar and pestle to make traditional Thai pastes and master the art of preparing a khantohk feast. The course covers all the favourites, including pad thai, while introducing participants to a number of lesser-known but equally delicious dishes. A cooking demonstration is followed by a tasty lunch of all the day's creations. The evening is then free to explore the other riches Chiang Mai has to offer.

Day 2 Depart Chiang Mai
There's time for some last-minute shopping, a stroll through some of the fascinating temples or perhaps a traditional Thai massage.
