Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania

Day 1 Marangu

Glimpse the snow-capped peaks of Mt Kilimanjaro in the distance.
ACCOM: Hotel - 1

Day 2 Machame Camp

Begin with a gentle stroll through the rainforest.
ACCOM: Camping (with basic facilities) - 1

Day 3 Shira Camp

Leave the rainforest and watch as the vegetation grows sparser on the path to the Shira Plateau.

Day 4 Barranco Camp

The undulating river valley terrain makes for easy acclimatisation on the trek towards the more rugged areas.

Day 5 Barafu Camp

Experience a challenging climb as the path heads up and down over craggy landscapes.

Day 6 Uhuru Peak/Summit

Start early, watch the sunrise at Stella Point and pass by Rebmann Glacier. Make the final push to the peak and be rewarded with incredible views. Conquering Africa’s highest mountain is life-changing experience.

Day 7 Marangu

Return to the base of the Mountain where our adventure comes to an end back at Marangu
