THIS IS FEEDBACK FOR YXOCC 121222 (ZANZIBAR SECTION) AS I DID A COMBINATION TRIP. TOUR LEADER: WALTER NGUMI Walter, Sam (driver) and Emmanuel(chef) made our trip an unforgettable experience and did an amazing job. You should value them highly as employees. Walter and Emmanuel were given 1 hours notice (after the previous section of the trip ended) to continue as tour leader and chef for another 2 weeks, after already accompanying us on the YXOG part of the tour. We felt really bad for them as they had made plans to see Family that night and for the following week. They graciously accepted the task and continued on with YXOCC immediately with a smile, doing their job. I can't stress enough how professional and incredible these guys were. They are irreplaceable as ambassadors for Intrepid. Their loyalty and professionalism should be highly commended.
