Day 1 Madrid

Famed for it's stunning cathedral, a French Gothic masterpiece, Burgos also has an interesting old quarter, the churches of San Nicolás, San Gil and San Lesmes, and La Casa del Cordón, which was the former residence of Catholic Kings in Castille.
