66% of work around the world is performed by women, but they earn a meagre 10% of the world’s total income and, own only 1% of the world’s property. 

These are just some of the inequalities facing women and girls, and an example of why Intrepid is supporting global gender equality. 

Intrepid is promoting gender equality through our global initiative - Project SAMA. SAMA (meaning ‘equal’ in the Bahasa language) aims to raise awareness around the importance of gender equality, as well as raise funds for projects that address gender inequalities.
