As a kid I always felt connected to Japan so once I was a 'grown up' I uprooted my life to live and work there. While there I had some jaunts in south east Asia, and after that I was hooked on travel. My entire 20's was taken up with living and travelling at home and abroad and every new trip spurred another adventure to another undiscovered place.
I always value the interactions on my journeys and believe travel is all about experience and understanding between the world's people.
I'd love to share my learnings with you to help you plan your very own adventure!

I love interacting with new cultures and I have always felt so amazed by the beauty and diversity of our world. I was born in Hong Kong and I have been lucky enough to see some absolutely incredible places. I have been so touched by the experience of local interaction that I decided I would love to help people feel the same by being involved with Intrepid.
I could tell of a trek with a local tribe through the rice fields of Lonji in China or explain seeing the Maori Haka up close in New Zealand. I could let you know about Elephant riding in Thailand and about the crafts in Indonesia.

Being the first child of Swiss immigrants in Australia, travel was genetic from the beginning. Since then travel has never been far from my thoughts.
