The REAL OUTBACK: 80 miles from Roadhouses (convenience stores), 2,800 miles (about4,500 km) the distance from Los Angeles to Miami, FL on a quaint tour bus with a local guide, hot endless desert, the most remote, beautiful beaches in the world, 8 nights of camping, 5,000 flies, sleeping under trees with koalas, wild kangaroo and emu, literally hiking to the top of mountains, scrambling over boulders at the beach, snorkeling with sea lions, jellyfish, and dolphins, and somehow alive to tell about all of it... You will be proud you did too.
