Nepal Encompassed, April 2014
While I quite liked Padam as a person, I was a little disappointed with his level of enthusiasm with regard to leading the group. Sometimes it appeared that he was disinterested and to a degree, jaded, with the tourism industry as a whole. Maybe this was because it was his last tour of the season, but if that was the case, then he should have just made it not so obvious to the group. Sometimes it was like he was there just for his own means and not the groups.

Padam was a fantastic leader, so knowledgeable and interesting - he really made the trip for us. I felt like I really experienced the country through a locals eyes and was made to feel most welcome by padam. Padam was so passionate and enthusiastic and we felt extremely lucky to have had such an incredible leader.
