Experience Namibia, January 2014
we were delayed at the SA/nam border as our guide and driver did not have their work permits. it was extremely hot and there was not seating whilst waiting. our trip continued with staff frolm Felix Unite - they were very good but did not have the knowledge of our guide. The pace of the tour was very fast - we stayed at lovely lodges/hotels but didnt have time to appreciate them. please note i can comment on 4 days only out of 8 because of the problem with work permits. Emma was excellent as a guide and very knowledgeable. she responded to the incident mentioned with the driver verywell.

Great tour. Emma was fantastic. I have taken many Intrepid tours, and she was the best leader that I have had.
