Day 1 Marrakech

Arrive and settle in among the mystical madness that is Morocco’s most enchanting city. Take in the architectural splendours of the Bahia Palace, lose yourself souvenir shopping in the medina’s meandering alleyways, or nab yourself a bench in Djemaa el-Fna for some memorable open-air feasting and people-watching.

Day 2 Aremd

Witness the city come to life on a guided morning orientation walk. Leave Marrakech behind and head into the awe-inspiring peaks of the High Atlas.

Days 3-5 Neltner

Hike through the incredible landscape of the Mizane Valley, donning the crampons and the ice axe upon hitting the snowline. Perhaps tackle Toubkal’s sister peak of Ouanoukrim (4,000 metres) from the base camp at Neltner in preparation for tomorrow’s hike. Rise early for the ascent of North Africa’s highest peak, Jebel Toubkal (4167 metres).

Day 6 Aremd

Trek out along Tizi Ouanoums Pass for spectacular views of Lac D’ifni’s virescent glacial waters shimmering far below (weather pending). Return to Neltner for lunch before heading back down to Aremd.

Days 7-8 Marrakech

Make your way back to Imlil for the return transfer to Marrakech. Spend your time in Marrakech any way you choose – strolling the souqs, sipping mint tea from hotel rooftop terraces, or perhaps rewarding your muscles’ hard work with a traditional hamman massage.
