Day 1 Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur blends modern cityscapes with cultural diversity to equal an exciting city full of great food, distinctive suburbs and alluring sights.

Days 2-3 Kampung Kuantan/Batu Caves Hill

The quiet hamlet of Kampung Kuantan is home to one of the largest firefly colonies in the world. Located on the outskirts of KL, the fascinating Batu Caves are a series of passages and chambers, each with their own special features - including stalagmites, stalactites and curtain columns.

Day 4 Kuala Pilah

The rural village of Kampung Pelegong offers a wonderful opportunity to meet the locals and witness traditional activities such as freshwater fish rearing, bread making and handicrafts.

Days 5-6 Taman Negara National Park

Reportedly the world's oldest tropical rainforest, stunning Taman Negara National Park is rich in plant, bird and wildlife, has extensive jungle hiking trails and plenty of river activities.

Days 7-8 Cameron Highlands

With rolling green hills covered in farms and tea plantations, the Cameron Highlands has a British Colonial feel and is a cooler change to the humid lowlands.

Day 9 Lumut

A pleasant seaside town on Malaysia's west coast, Lumut has lovely white-sand beaches and a quiet rustic charm.

Days 10-11 Turtle Breeding Station

Known for its breathtaking lake gardens, Taiping retains it historic legacy with a wide array of colonial architecture to explore.

Days 12-14 Penang

Penang - Malaysia's prized island - has a beautiful coastline, wonderful cuisine and its colonial heritage is still present in amongst the modern skyscrapers that tower over Georgetown.
