Intrepid's 'How Intrepid is your family' competition entry and prize terms and conditions

1. By entering entrants agree to have their family name and entry published in Intrepid Intrepid Travel's publications.
2. The prize to be awarded is for a family to have the following currency amount (AU$20,000 or NZ$20,000 or US$16,500 or CA$17,500 or GBP 8,300 or EUR 12,400) to use towards an Intrepid Family Adventure of their choice. Prize value can be redeemed against any Intrepid Family trip (for an unlimited amount of travellers within the constraints of Intrepid's booking conditions), economy airfares from major capital cities to the chosen destination (for a maximum of 4 travellers) and local payment.
3. The winning family must depart on their Intrepid Family trip before 31 December 2008.
4. The prize cannot be used against additional flights, transfers, departure taxes, travel insurance, travel visas, any additional meals and activities outside those included in the brochured itinerary & any additional accommodation, transport or spending money.
5. The prize must be redeemed in the one booking, no amount can be carried over under any circumstances.
6. The winner is established by being judged the most creative answer to the question at www.intrepidtravel.com/intrepidfamily - 'Which Intrepid Family adventure would you choose and why?' by a panel of Intrepid Marketing staff at 2pm on 05 October, 2007.
7. The winner will be announced on Monday 24th October in Intrepid's email newsletter, Intrepid Express. The winning family will be notified directly by email.
8. The answer must be 25 words or less to be eligible.
9. Entrants can enter as many times as they like.
10. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the winning entry.
11. Relatives or travel industry associates of employees of Intrepid Travel are not eligible to enter.
12. The prize is not transferable.
13. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchange.
14. Competition closes midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time, 30 September 2007. No extension is available.
15. The prize is subject to the standard rules and regulations of travel with Intrepid Travel. Refer to the Intrepid brochure or visit www.intrepidtravel.com/bookingconditions for more details.
16. The prize is subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel.
17. The prize can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
