Day 1 Nairobi

Once a swamp but now called the 'green city in the sun', Nairobi is a relatively multicultural city with a range of cuisines, museums and cultural centres to enjoy.

Days 2-3 Samburu National Reserve

The Ewaso Ngiro River winds through the sunburnt plains of the Samburu National Reserve, a wonderful place to see an abundance of wild animals and birdlife.

Day 4 Lake Nakuru

Often shrouded in a carpet of pink flamingos, beautiful Lake Nakuru - and the surrounding national park - is home to a great number of wildlife and bird species.

Day 5 Lake Naivasha

Meaning 'rough water' in Maasai due to the occurrence of sudden storms, Lake Naivasha surface is also broken by the yawns of hippos and countless birds flying across its surface.

Days 6-7 Masai Mara National Reserve

The Masai Mara is the quintessential African experience with sparse open plains, dramatic skies and the world's most iconic animals living within its boundaries.

Day 8 Nairobi

Lively Nairobi is the gateway to some of Africa's best national parks and is nicknamed 'the safari capital of the world'.
