Day 1 Procida/Ischia

Begin this Italian sailing adventure in Procida, a tiny island off the coast of Naples. Set sail for neighbouring Ischia and glide across the deep blue abyss. Disembark and perhaps shake off the sea legs by exploring the famous Castello Aragonese - built in the 1400s, this impressive fortress sits suspended above the sea on a volcanic rock connected to Ischia.
ACCOM: Overnight boat - 1

Days 2-6 Sorrento/Pompeii

Cast off early bound for the beautiful town of Sorrento. Jump on a train to Pompeii and be mesmerised by a ghost city frozen in time since the fateful day in AD79 when Mt Vesuvius erupted, burying 20,000 people. Then take the train to Naples and wander the World Heritage-listed Old Centre, visit the Archaeological Museum to see original artefacts from Pompeii and pay homage to the city's most famous culinary export, Neapolitan pizza, by munching on a slice or three. In Amalfi, ramble along narrow trails and take in the breathtaking views of sparkling azure seas merging into blue skies before sailing to the Isle of Capri to chalk up some quality swimming and relaxation time on turquoise waters and divine stretches of sand.

Day 7 Procida

This short and sweet sailing adventure comes to an end this morning in Procida, a town brimming with colourful buildings, idyllic coves and seafood fresh off the boat.
