Day 1 Pisa
Settle into Pisa with a hearty welcome dinner. Spend the next day discovering that Pisa has more to offer than its iconic leaning tower and maybe even hire a bike to tour the city’s squares or simply relax by the pool. Don an apron for a cooking class and learn how to make some of Italy’s most famous dishes.

Day 2 Lucignano
Immerse the family in the cultural charms of one of Italy’s most famous regions for a holiday that’s as enjoyable as it is educational. Explore the treasure-trove of historic art cities, with awe-inspiring architecture at every corner. Delve deep into underground wine cellars, tuck into Tuscany’s famous dishes and learn how to make pasta in an authentic cooking class. Unwind in hot springs or by the apartment pool to ensure all the family return home relaxed after a fantastic family break.
Day 3 Siena
Wander around this enchanting city, exploring its walled centre and perfectly preserved warren of narrow alleyways on a guided tour.
Day 4 Montepulciano
Visit this walled hill town which is most famous for its wine production. Enjoy the wonderful views Montepulciano commands across the valley and go round its medieval cellars before swim in the hot springs at nearby Pienza Bagno Vignoni.
Day 5 Florence
Fall under the spell of this great art city, considered by many to be the most beautiful in the world. Join a guided tour of Florence’s historic charms as well as its main food market and then spend a leisurely afternoon gazing in awe at its most famous sites and museums.
Day 6 Assisi and Cortona
Head to the birthplace of the patron saint of animals, St Francis of Assisi, and meander its charming squares that date back to the middle ages. Move on to spend the afternoon walking round the equally captivating walled town of Cortona with lovely views across the local countryside.
Day 7 Lucignano
Take it easy on this final day in Tuscany. Relax by the pool, saunter around Pisa or maybe choose to kayak along the river Serchio which winds its way through beautifully green valleys. After a wonderful week in this Italian corner of paradise, tonight’s farewell dinner brings this magical family holiday to an end.
